Domestic Deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order for deliveries within Germany.
International Deliveries:
We charge a flat shipping rate per order for international deliveries as follows:
- Austria: €16.00
- France: €16.00
- Italy: €16.00
- Spain: €16.00
- Switzerland: €16.00
- Other EU countries: €16.00

offers an interesting shipping alternative that enables cost-effective and customs-compliant delivery directly to Switzerland.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take 3-5 days, and for international deliveries 4-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
